I have posted a project for this freelancer also prepaid on escrow. This freelancer is not able to provide services he claims to be an expert in.

Project for “200+ High PR 6-10 Permanent Quality Backlinks Needed” was dragged and eventually I received a report full of useless links and submissions. If you consider hiring anyone for that sort of jobs avoid this one.

Submissions he had made could harm the website instead of boosting it up. I assume he must be no more than 15 y/o from the way he writes and I only wish I had not waste so much time on him.
